I as the artist, retain full copyright over the artwork and can post the commission on sites, use it in banners, advertising, examples, and other means of promoting myself.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, as long as credit is given.

You retain the right to request anonymity should you choose. please request it at the start or after the approval of the completed artwork.

Do not claim, trace, or recreate my artwork in any way.

I have the right to decline / cancel a request at any time, for any reason.

I am an SFW artist therefore I will not accept NSFW or sexually suggestive commissions.

I accept NSFW references with a warning beforhand. Not doing so may end with a rejection of your commission.

I accept max 2 characters per piece and max 1 commission per client.

Must have clear references of the character, I do not work with only descriptions.

I refuse to work on commissions with unclear, blurry references.

Provide a clear idea of what you want and if possible a pose of inspiration. I have aphantasia and coming up with different poses can be very challenging.

I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches, or designs as "pre-posed" at a later date

I do not draw complex backgrounds. A plain/gradient/pattern style is already included in the base price.

Once we talked about your commission and I start working on it i cannot refound you the full amount.

I do not do refunds unless I, the artist, initiate the refund due to a breach of these terms or 60 days have passed without completion of your order. Filing a chargeback against my account will result in you being blacklisted.
